A vegan diet also offer health and environmental results over diets that include dairy products and eggs. For these reasons, many vegetarians ultimately ends up becoming vegans.

Becoming a vegan is not that hard, considering not too many food is consume or consider vegan. Theses are the foods of what most vegan diets consist of:

Vegetables
Fruits and berries
oats, and other grains
Beans, tofu and tempeh
Plant Milks (Oat, almond, Coconut, pea, nut, hemp, etc.)
Nuts

Don't worry you can still have fun being a vegan too, you won’t miss out on your favorite snacks you like to indulge into. Many brands of chocolate, wine, beer, and ice cream are vegan too. You can even buy dairy free creamers for your coffee as well. It's about making your life healthier and happier at the end of all.

HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR DIET FROM WESTERN DIET TO VEGAN??

Changing your diet is NOT as hard as most people make it. Its mostly eating things you already have ate before, or still eat, the only different is you are cutting off the animal products, & meat.

You can do this as slowly as your need, I strongly encourage you to follow your own pace and your own unique vegan journey. Do not get caught up comparing the way you eat to others. We all handle things differently, and go vegan for different reasons. Some go vegan for weight loss, others for animal rights, and others for health reasons. So always follow your own pace, cause this is a journey that is very transformative to the mind, body, and soul.

When you are transforming to become vegan, making small changes to your everyday meals is one of the easiest ways to increase the amount of plant-based foods in your diet. You could start by removing meat or dairy one day a week and go from there. Or you could try changing one meal at a time, having vegan breakfasts during your first week, adding a vegan lunch during week two and so on. You could even try changing one product at a time by swapping cow's milk for almond, or soy milk, or you can substitute butter for coconut oil. There's a plant-based alternative for almost every type of food you can think of, so you don't have to miss out on any of your favorite foods, you just choosing a more healthier alternative.
